First Day of School

This was Bess's first day of Kindgergarten and Frank's first day of the 2's. They both go to Shandon Methodist Preschool. Hugh goes, also, but he goes Mon., Wed., and Fri. Bess and Frank go everyday. They love school!

"Almost" Sleepover Party

Bess had an "Almost" Sleepover Party for her 5th birthday. Her friends came over from 6-8 for pizza, cake, movies, and fun! Bess with Anna Grace. She was so glad Anna Grace came from Florence to her party!

Bess's 5th Birthday

Bess turned 5 on August 25! Frank and I took her to the toystore in 5 Points to adopt a baby. She chose a precious little girl and named her "Chandelier." I asked if she wanted to consider some other names, but she would not budge...She got the idea from a Fancy Nancy book. "Chandelier" was one of Fancy Nancy's doll's middle names, I believe. She has really enjoyed her little girl. Chandelier sleeps beside her bed every night in a Moses basket. I'll have to post some pics of that...It's very cute! Bess deciding which doll to adopt.

Hugh's Baptism

We celebrated Hugh's Baptism yesterday. I cannot believe he is almost 6 months old! Where has that time gone? It was a very special day! Hugh did a great job...His new medicine, Prevacid, has seemed to help him the past week. He did not fuss and more importantly, did not spit up, which is a miracle! The day was extra special because two of my close friends, Mandy and Elizabeth, had their little ones baptised the same time as Hugh. These babies are almost the exact same age...I know they'll all grow up to be great friends!
